Opt-in: This means that it's possible, but only if the influencer choose to participate (authenticate) which will let you track stories.
Keep in mind that opt-in will only allow you to work with profiles choose to participate, which will make it hard when working with many profiles (micro influencers) for example.
No opt-in means that you can get stories from any profile, without having them to confirm a link.
